Innovative strategies in the teaching of soft skills: a systematic approach

El estudio revisa las estrategias innovadoras en la enseñanza de habilidades blandas, con el objetivo de identificar metodologías efectivas y su integración en los currículos educativos. A través de una revisión bibliográfica sistemática que siguió las pautas PRISMA, se recopiló y analizó un extenso corpus de literatura sobre el tema, considerando estudios empíricos y metaanálisis. Los hallazgos revelan que metodologías como el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos (PBL) y el Aprendizaje Activo son particularmente efectivas, ya que fomentan la comunicación, el trabajo en equipo y el pensamiento crítico entre los estudiantes. Además, se observó que la integración de habilidades blandas en la educación no solo mejora el rendimiento académico, sino que también prepara a los graduados para los requerimientos del mercado laboral contemporáneo. El estudio plantea la necesidad de que las instituciones educativas revisen y adapten sus enfoques pedagógicos, alineando sus objetivos con las expectativas del empleo. A pesar de la relevancia del tema, se identificaron limitaciones en la investigación sobre la consistencia y eficacia de las metodologías empleadas. Las implicaciones sugieren que la colaboración entre instituciones educativas y el sector laboral es fundamental para facilitar la formación de competencias que respondan a las necesidades actuales. Concluyendo que, la incorporación sistemática de habilidades blandas es crucial para mejorar la preparación de los estudiantes.
