Cuidado humano del diabético: Visión fenomenológica. Una revisión teórica

El cuidado humano en enfermería es un enfoque integral que atiende las necesidades físicas, emocionales, psicológicas, social y espirituales del paciente. La fenomenología, al centrarse en las experiencias vividas, permite un cuidado personalizado y efectivo. Explorar los aspectos fenomenológicos del cuidado humano en la atención al paciente con diabetes, centrándose en las experiencias y perspectivas de los pacientes y el personal sanitario. Se realizó una revisión teórica. Se tomaron como fuente de información publicaciones científicas de los últimos cinco años, en bases de datos especializadas como Scielo, Pubmed, Google académico. Se incluyeron Artículos científicos publicados desde 2018 hasta 2024, en cualquier idioma, que describen el cuidado humano al paciente diabético adulto, desde la perspectiva de la fenomenología. Se incluyeron 13 investigaciones cualitativas fenomenológicas. Todos los artículos aportan información relevante al tema de estudio. Se enfocan en la importancia del cuidado humano, desde la educación personalizada, el rol de la enfermera en el cuidado y la educación de los pacientes con diabetes, la importancia de que estas se sientan satisfechas con su trabajo, y sus condiciones laborales. La visión fenomenológica aporta una valiosa perspectiva a este cuidado humano. Este entendimiento puede informar y mejorar la práctica de la enfermería, permitiendo un cuidado personalizado y efectivo. La combinación de un enfoque de cuidado humano con una visión fenomenológica puede mejorar significativamente la atención de los pacientes con diabetes.
