Los factores de riesgo psicosocial en el establecimiento de salud relacionados al estrés laboral involucran reacciones tanto fisiológicas como psicológicas en el trabajador expuesto, pudiendo ocasionar daño en la salud. El objetivo principal fue establecer la relación entre los factores de riesgo psicosocial y el estrés laboral en el personal de salud del Hospital Distrital Santa Isabel, El Porvenir, 2022. Se llevó a cabo un estudio no experimental, transversal y correlacional, empleando métodos de encuesta a través del cuestionario modificado de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y el cuestionario de estrés laboral, con una muestra censal de 95 trabajadores asistenciales del Hospital Distrital Santa Isabel, El Porvenir. Se incluyó un total de 95 participantes, el 61.1% considera los factores de riesgos psicosociales en un nivel medio; del cual el 36.8% se ubicó en bajo estrés laboral, 17.9% medio estrés laboral y 6.3% alto estrés laboral. Se determinó una correlación significativa entre los factores de riesgos psicosociales y el estrés laboral (rho=0.534, p < 0.05). Se evidencia correlación moderada positiva y significativa, en todas las dimensiones de los factores de riesgo psicosocial. Lo que indica que existe relación significativa entre los factores de riesgo psicosocial y estrés laboral en el personal de la salud del Hospital Distrital Santa Isabel, El Porvenir, 2022.
